Send greeting &c To all pers[ons who]m it may concern ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
That Thomas Carder of the af[oresaid Pa]rish is my Conventionary Tenant ~ ~ ~
And that him and all other of my Conventionary tenants by prescription and ~ ~
Custom time out of mind are ffr[eed] and discharged from all Toll and Tollsery ~
In all the ffairs and Marketts in the County of Devon aforesaid ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Given under my hand and Seal this ffour and Twentieth day of August ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
In the year of our Lord God 1719
