THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me William Rosewell of Aller Farm in the Parish of Awliscombe in the county of Devon retired farmer I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me I appoint my three sons Tom Rosewell Fred Rosewell and William Rosewell to be my EXECUTORS of this my will I direct payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the expense of proving this my will and any codicil I may make hereto I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate unto and equally between my seven children Georgina Tucker, Alice Phillips, Blanche Broom, Elsie Salter the said Tom Rosewell, Fred Rosewell and William Rosewell in equal shares share and share alike as tenants in common IN WITNESS whereof I have to this will set my hand this nineteenth day of September in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen - William Rosewell - Signed by the above testator William Rosewell as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us both present together at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses - CHARLES A.G. On the 17th day of April 1916 Probate of this will was granted
to Tom Rosewell and William Rosewell two of the executors
BE IT KNOWN that William Rosewell of Aller Farm Awliscombe in the
County of Devon died on the 10th day of February 1916 at Aller Farm
aforesaid
AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last
Will and Testament of the said deceased was proven and registered
in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's Court of
Justice, and that administration of all the estate which by law
devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said
deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Tom Rosewell of The
Barton Farm Combe Raleigh in the County aforesaid and William
Rosewell of Aller Farm aforesaid Farmers Sons of Deceased two of
the executors named in the said Will Power reserved to the other
Executor
