This is the Last Will and Testament of me Maria Davey of Bampton
in the County of Devon, Spinster. I give, devise and bequeath all
my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my
faithful friend and companion Sarah Surridge. To hold the same unto
her the said Sarah Surridge, her heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns according to the nature thereof respectively for her
own absolute use and benefit. And I appoint the said Sarah Surridge
Executrix of this my Will. And lastly I revoke all former wills by
me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty
sixth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and fifty
three. Maria Davey.
Signed and acknowledged by the said Maria Davey as her Will in the
presence of us present at the same time and who in her presence and
in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as
witnesses.

Proved at London 5th Aug 1857 before the Judge by the oath of Sarah
Surridge, Spinster, the sole Executrix to whom Admon was granted
having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer.
