January 22nd 1837 - I Lewis Hatherly of the Parish of Blacktorrington do hereby make George Hatherly and William Hatherly my two sons joint Executors and William Hatherly and George Hatherly to my sister Mary Loge of the parish of Buckland Filleigh the sum of twenty five shillings to paid to the said Mary Loge Immediately after my Buriel and I give Lewis Hatherly the son of George Hatherly my watch and George Hatherly the son of William Hatherly I give my umbrella this being my last Will and Testament I do hereby make my cross

Signed and sealed and declared by the Said Lewis Hatherly the testator to be his Last Will and testament in the presence of us
