January 22nd 1837 - I Lewis Hatherly of the Parish of
Blacktorrington do hereby make George Hatherly and William Hatherly
my two sons joint Executors and William Hatherly and George
Hatherly to my sister Mary Loge of the parish of Buckland Filleigh
the sum of twenty five shillings to paid to the said Mary Loge
Immediately after my Buriel and I give Lewis Hatherly the son of
George Hatherly my watch and George Hatherly the son of William
Hatherly I give my umbrella this being my last Will and Testament I
do hereby make my cross

Signed and sealed and declared by the Said Lewis Hatherly the
testator to be his Last Will and testament in the presence of
us

The above writing contains a true copy of the original Will of
Lewis Hatherly late of the County of Devon Yeoman deceased the same
having been carefully examined therewith by us Clerks to Geo
Farwell Deputy Registrar of the Archdeacons Court of Totes
