Testator by his will gives:
To his son Samuel at 23 and his heirs, the estate of East Halse which testator bought of the Rev. John Northcote.
To his son George Snell and his heirs, the estate of "Searson," in Zeal, which he bought of John Parker, Esq.
To his brother William and nephew William, of Clannaborough, in trust for his daughter Elizabeth at 21, £200, and £400 in trust for each of his daughters Joanna, Catherine, and Mary.
To his said Trustees £200 for their own use.
The residue of his estate to his son John, whom he appointed Sole Executor.
