Anthony Gunn Committed by Samuel Wotton esq August 14th being charged on oath for Stealing wheat in the sheaves out of the Ground of Samuel Perrott of Ashprington. [comment: Acquitted].
Nicholas Knight Committed by a Sessions Process September 15th for want of Suerties. [comment: found surities].
William Mackoon Committed by Thomas Pyne esq September 22nd on suspition of having stollen a Canvas bag the goods of one Mr Francis Withrell and likewise an Iron Staple a Harrow ting and a fowl from a certain person or persons unknown.

Richard Jefferies Committed at the Sessions July 13th till he finds suerties for his Appearance at the next sessions to be held for the County and city of Exon to answer the matters of whether he there stands Indicted.
Walter Cording Committed at the Sessions July 13th to be whipped and remain till he finds suerities for his good behaviour. Elizabeth his wife and a sucking child to go as in ye other Kalendar. [comment: to be sent to Cullompton and whipped].
