mentioned and that all and every of them have really and truly
continued and remained in Actual Custody ever since and that the
said List is a true Exact Perfect and just List of all such persons
as were really and truly prisoners in Actual Custody in the said
Goal or Prison of and for the said County on the ffirst Day of
January One Thousand Seven Hundred and fforty seven except such
persons as are since dead or have been legally Discharged. So help
