Committed by Sir Thomas Putt Bart and James Gayer esq the eleventh day of September for being Married to two women namely to one Frances Richards of Upottery and to Johanna Trapnell of St Mary Magdalen.

Committed by William Bartlett Mayor of Plymouth the Twenty Eighth day of September and charged upon Oath for the felonious taking and stealing Twelve gallons of wheat in chaffe out of the barn of John Culine within the burrough of Plymouth.
