Removed from the County of Cornwall by a habeus Corpus to the high Gal in Devon the Thirtyth day of August.
William Berryman
Committed by Christopher Bale esq the Sixteenth day of August and charged for returning from Transportation within the time limitted by the Act of Parliament.
William Harrenton
Committed by Rawlin Mallock esq the twenty sixth day of August and charged on suspicion for Robbing Mary Hoskin and Agnes Cator of Marldon on the Kings highway and taking from them a half crown or three shillings in silver half pennys and farthings.
George Hockaday
Committed by Thomas Pyne esq the Twenty eighth day of August and charged upon oath for stealing a Red mare from Richard ffrankling of Tamerton.
John Hannaford
Committed by William Elford esq the Second day of September and charged upon oath with ye suspicion of feloniously breaking open the shop belonging to the dwelling house of Susanna Turker and taking thereout three pieces of Dowlas some money and silk laces and other things in the night time.
