Proved 1 Feb 1765 by Shadrach Kemp, executor, caveat is withdrawn

To my wife Margery Mallet certain goods were her own before marriage.

To my 4 children Robert Mallet, Henry Mallet, Grace Richards and Ann Mallett, 1s.

Residue to my son-in-law Shadrach Kemp now living at Pewson in Dowland, yeoman, executor.

Witnesses: John Holman, William Couch, Lau. Beare.

A business of withdrawing a caveat against proving the will of Robert Mallett and of proving the same by witnesses, promoted by Shadrach Kemp the sole executor against Henry Mallett the caveator.

Statement that Robert Mallett was of sound mind when making the will etc.
