All my lands and tenements I devise to my two sisters Christian Mallett and Elinor Mallett and their heires for ever; provided that my mother during her life shall have and enjoy her jointure and living devisd to her by my father Robert Mallett, deceased.

All my goods and chattells I devise to John Acland my father in law and to Elizabeth my mother his wife whom I make joint executor
