This listing provides the full content of the individual pages of the given Freeholder volume. It maintains the sequence in which the names are given on each page (row by row for each parish), and the sequence though not the format of the pages, which typically give the names of hundreds and parishes just once, as headings and subheadings, respectively. Where hundred and parish names differ from current standards, the variant versions are also given. (As in the FODA transcripts, the Duchy of Lancaster is treated as if it were a hundred.) Text which has been crossed out, but which nevertheless remains legible, is included but enclosed in curly brackets. "{" and "}". Dubious readings are identified with a ? at the beginning of the questionable word. Transcribers' comments are enclosed in square brackets.

The cover of this volume is missing, and there is no explicit indication of the date - its attribution to 1765 is speculative.
