In the name of God Amen I William Cranch
beinge Sicke of body but of good and well disposing memorie doe
ordayne make this my Last will and Testament in manner and forme
and followinge (viz) First I bequeath my body to the earth from
whence it was taken and my soule into the hands of Jesus Christ my
Saviour and Redeemer As for my worldly estate I dispose of as
followeth (viz) First I give and bequeath all my wearing apparel to
my loveing friende Richard [Welch] with whatsoever as shall be
founde in my Chest in [tithes] in goods or money Item I give unto
my loveing brother Andrew Cranch half my wages wich shall be due to
mee from the hno ble Company and the [then] half to my
loveing sister Mary Cranch Item I make my loveing mother Alice
Cranch sole executrix of this my last will and testament to the
intent that Shee maye [-e - eave] in whatsoever debts doth accrue
unto mee above my wages In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
