MALLET, Maria, of Monokehampton.
Date of Will 20 Nov. 1643.
proved 29 April 1644

November 20 1643. The Nuncupative will of Mary Mallett of Monkokehampton widdowe made in the presence of John Drake and Temperance his wife.

Imprimis she gave to Margery Moysey her daughter one brass pot one cauldron & pewter dish.

To Susan Mallett her daughter one brass panne one blanket and one pewter dish.

She gave the right she had in a little tenement in Monkokehampton parcell of the parsonage to Mary Moysey to hold till Dec xv 1644, she, Mary Moysey paying to John Halle of Appledore 20/-,with interest, then she gave the said tenenent to Susan but if Mary paid the sum then the said Susan was not to hold the tenement till after Dec. xxv 1644, and afterwards to have and enjoy it for the term then to come.

She made her daughter Susan Mallett sole executrix.
