This is extracted from "Records and Pedigree of the Wreford Family of Devonshire", compiled by George Wreford of Gray's Inn, Barrister-at-Law, 2nd ed. Printed for circulation amongst Family Subscribers (1909) 90pp + 44 charts.
Testator gives:
To his wife Elizabeth, for her life, the house he lives in, with
remainder to Robert Tucker and Hugh Davey in trust for his son
Matthew at 21.
To his said trustees his estate known as Ash (or Aish) in
Morchard, in trust for his wife for her life, with remainder to son
Matthew.
To his daughters Thomasine and Frances annuities of £8 each
till they attain 21, and then the sum of £80 each.
To his daughter Sarah Giles, £40.
To his daughter Elizabeth Wreford, £40.
To his said trustees the estate called Morchard Parks, bought of
John Cole, in trust for benefit of son Matthew till 21, and also a
sum of £30 for benefit of Matthew.
Residue to his son William, whom he appoints sole executor.
