This is the last Will and Testament of me George Parry Hearder of Plymouth in the County of Devon, printer. I give, devise and bequeath all the Real and Personal Estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my wife Elizabeth Hearder absolutely and I appoint the said Elizabeth Hearder sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all other testamentary writings in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand on this sixteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty four - George Parry Hearder -
Signed by the said George Parry Hearder the Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

Proved at London 18th September 1846 before the judge by the Oath of Elizabeth Hearder Widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer.
